Shipping

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday, with processing times typically ranging from 1–3 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

All orders ship with tracking and require a direct signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive signature-required shipments or selecting a secure delivery location. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to assume responsibility for missing, stolen, or tampered packages.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

All returns require prior authorization. Returns requested outside the 7-day window or sent without approval may not be accepted.

 

If you wish to receive a different size, you may return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to bank processing times.
